Returns
As we are a small team, we are unfortunately unable to process general exchanges and returns at the moment. We keep our product descriptions as accurate as possible, but if you have any questions on our pieces, we would love to help you out! Just drop us an email at artaniar@doodlesbyart.com or message us on Instagram.
Under exceptional circumstances, for e.g. if you have received defective or incorrect item(s) in your order, we will consider processing returns at a small fee. Please email us at artaniar@doodlesbyart.com within 7 days by indicating: 1) Order Number 2) Reason for return 3) Attachment of images as picture proof of the defective / incorrect item. Once we have looked into the matter and have confirmed on the same, we will proceed to refund your orders upon receipt of the item(s).
Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs and associated taxes. All returns must be shipped by a courier service that allows you to track your parcel. If you are returning an item for refund or repair, the item must be returned in either the original packaging or in a hard case to prevent crushing whilst in the post. All returns must be received in a suitable, re-saleable condition and include all original paperwork, labels and tags. Returned items must not be washed, worn, or damaged. For approved and processed returns, a refund will be made via the original mode of payment.
We reserve all rights to refuse any returned items that do not comply with our return policy. Such items will not be eligible for any refund.

At the moment, we are not able to offer an exchange service.
